Our Process
CONSULTATION
After you inquire, we will email you with a link to schedule a consultation. You will also receive our welcome packet which includes all the information you need to know about how we operate, the films we offer and our packages.
PLANNING
Once you're booked, it's smooth sailing. We will reach out a few months before the wedding to schedule a time to meet up (if you're local), or connect via Zoom. This is where we get all of the details, not only about the wedding, but about you as well! Next, we will reach out to your vendors to introduce ourselves and see how we can accommodate each other's needs. The week of the wedding we will connect once more just to make sure nothing's changed.
WEDDING DAY
The day is finally here! We will show up a little bit early to say hello and settle in before we start filming. We are there to help you in any way we can. Our main priority is that you are relaxed so that you can be yourself and enjoy every minute with your family and friends.
POST PRODUCTION
We will send you our editing & music questionnaire so we will have everything we need to edit and personalize your film. Our turn around time is typically 3-5 months. We will keep you posted on our progress along the way. Before you know it, you'll be reliving your wedding day!
The Importance of a Wedding Film
This video is of our grandparents on their wedding day in 1959. We found it while going through their belongings after they passed. This is something you can't put a price on. The expressions on their face (we have never seen our Papa with a smile THAT big before), the dancing, the laughter, the cars and their cousin, Bobby Hackett, playing the trumpet at the end. Even without any sound it is priceless. We are so fortunate to have it and continue to pass it on to future generations.

Your wedding day is more than just pretty decor, delicious food and an amazing party. It signifies the start of your marriage. After the day is done, your film will be your favorite investment and the one thing that will bring back all of the emotions you felt that day.
Annear Wedding Films books 15 weddings per year and only one event per weekend, allowing us to give each of our couples the attention they deserve. Our cinematic film packages start at $5499.
